Distance Learning Campus
Many NATH Consulting Services employees participate in classes through professional membership network. The membership program enables full-time regular employees to continue building engineering and business skills. Several technical and management courses are available online for the employees to learn. Similar ties are made through renowned institutions in the globe that offer our employees access to distance learning programs in business management and soft skills.
Leadership Development Program
All Senior Management Staff attend the Directors Education Program, jointly developed by The Institute of Corporate Directors and The Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto to review governance expectations and promote best practices in the company. This highly interactive 12-day program incorporates roundtable discussions, case studies and on-point insights from leading academic thinkers, experts in the field of board behaviors and executives-in-residence. The goal of this program is to build competencies deemed necessary to be an effective director.
