This crystal-clear characterization has been the bedrock on which the NATH Consulting Services has built its enterprises. Corporate governance as practiced by the NATH Consulting Services translates into being fair and civic-minded, fulfilling its duties to the entire spectrum of stakeholders, and, most importantly, making integrity an article of faith across all its operations. There is nothing serendipitous about how this has come to be. The corporation's adherence to ethical business conduct is rooted in the vision of its founders.

The NATH Consulting Services Board of Directors and management believe that NATH Consulting Services, in the interests of its stakeholders, should embrace corporate governance practices in keeping with our leadership position in our business and current legislation and rules. The company's principles of corporate governance are rooted in and consistent with its business process. General outlined principles of corporate governance include:
- Rights and equitable treatment of shareholders: NATH Consulting Services will respect the rights of shareholders and help shareholders to exercise those rights. Will help shareholders exercise their rights by effectively communicating information that is understandable and accessible and encouraging shareholders to participate in general meetings.
- Interests of other stakeholders: NATH Consulting Services recognizes that they have legal and other obligations to all legitimate stakeholders.
- Role and responsibilities of the board: NATH Consulting Services board believes the need of a range of skills and understanding to be able to deal with various business issues and have the ability to review and challenge management performance. The members of the Board has appropriate level of commitment to fulfill its responsibilities and duties.
- Integrity and ethical behaviour: Ethical and responsible decision making is not only important for public relations, but it is also a necessary element in risk management and avoiding lawsuits. NATH Consulting Services has developed a code of conduct for their directors and executives that promotes ethical and responsible decision making in NATH Consulting Services. It is important to understand, though, that reliance by a company on the integrity and ethics of individuals is bound to eventual failure. Because of this, NATH Consulting Services, supported by its divisions and member companies has established Compliance and Ethics Programs to minimize the risk that the firm steps outside of ethical and legal boundaries.
- Disclosure and transparency: NATH Consulting Services has made publicly known the roles and responsibilities of board and management to provide shareholders with a level of accountability. NATH Consulting Services has also implemented procedures to independently verify and safeguard the integrity of the company's financial reporting for its division, NATH Consutling Services. Disclosure of material matters concerning the organization are timely and balanced to ensure that all investors have access to clear, factual information, when necessary.
NATH Consulting Services has nominated an independent board in together to
- Develop and recommend the board a set of corporate governance guidelines
applicable to the company
- Implement policies and processes relating to corporate governance principles
The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee reports its findings and recommendations to the Board for action. The Company believes its leadership in the corporate governance area is evident by its practices in the organization.
