Our Hosted Email Archive safely and securely stores all emails, sent or received by your email server, in our datacentres. This data is encrypted and multiple copies are taken, freeing you from the expense and effort involved in storing huge amounts of email in-house.

Archiving Service Information Exchange

An email archiving appliance is set up within your corporate network, fully integrated with Active Directory to allow for granular email retention policy
The archiving appliance encrypts all internal and external emails, before sending them to the secure, off-site email archive. The email archive is backed up and a third copy is stored at another data centre
Users can search and retrieve email from the archive in seconds and to ensure data privacy, retrieval of archived emails requires access to the appliance and the decryption keys
A comprehensive range of policy set-up, supervision, administration and reporting capabilities enables you to manage the email archiving service in line with your organisation’s specific requirements
